[SAL-HELP] problem verifying certificate

Hello,

I have downloaded sal-2.3 for cygwin, installed it, requested a licence over the web, 
recieved the email, copy/pasted the whole email to a text file, and put the filename to 
both SAL_LICENSE_CERTIFICATE and ICS_LICENSE_CERTIFICATE. When runing sal-smc I get "The 
license certificate /home/nick/bin/sal-2.3/certificate was not verified". I requested a 
new licence and doublechecked the paths, but it still doesn't work. What else can I do? 
I'd be very thankful for any hit...
